Here are some resources for you to investigate:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>DeKalb County was formed in 1835 from the unorganized territory of Allen and LaGrange. The county seat is located in Auburn. The library also houses many of the older burial records but they are often incomplete. For example, the mausoleum records for Calvary Cemetery in Garrett are missing from the burial book.
